The Pastry Project

The Pastry Project is a social enterprise that offers free baking and pastry training as well as job placement assistance to individuals with barriers to opportunity in the industry. We partner with nonprofits for student referrals and local bakeries and dessert shops as hiring partners. Hiring partners include many Seattle Made businesses including Hot Cakes, Molly Moon’s, Hood Famous, Intrigue Chocolate and more. We fund this free training program through pastry workshops for the public, as well as, through our bake-at-home pastry kit subscription!
