Mike’s Fine Brines started in Seattle in June 2015. We are lovers of hot sauce. We started making hot sauce for our friends and family years ago. Then one day we decided to try our hand at putting a product on the market. Turns out people think we’re pretty good at making hot sauce. We hope you think so, too.
