Lagana Foods is a small woman-owned pasta company located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We handcraft every batch of our fresh, extruded pasta with sustainably-grown semolina flour and water. Derived from high quality non-GMO Durum wheat, the semolina is packed with protein and creates a slightly sweet, nutty taste that can pair with a heavy Bolognese, a light drizzle of olive oil, or anything in-between. But wait, there’s more! Because we don’t use eggs, Lagana Pasta is also vegan.
