At Honest Biscuits, we bake our biscuits fresh every day using the best local ingredients. We start with Washington-grown Shepherd’s Grain flour and fresh local dairy to create biscuits that are lightly crisp on the outside and soft, fluffy, and tender inside. One local baker described them as “fluffy clouds of goodness.”

We make them uniquely ours with local favorites like Beecher’s Flagship White Cheddar, Uli’s Famous Sausages, and seasonal fruit from local growers.
