Haxan Hot Sauce

Lacto-fermented hot sauces, made and bottled by hand in a South Seattle Kitchen. All of our hot sauces are made with freshest, fanciest peppers and local produce we can find, and we have made a commitment to working with smaller farms when I can. Our hot sauces are minimally processed, with no artificial colors, thickeners, or preservatives. Our goal is to create interesting sauces with unique flavor combinations that punch up your food’s flavor. We currently offer main four sauces- Roasted Garlic Serrano, Cherry Bomb, Pumpkin Habanero, and Tomatillo-Poblano- and have seasonal offerings.
