Frelard Tamales LLC

Frelard Tamales is a gay-owned tamaleria in North Seattle. Our retail and only production site is located in the Green Lake neighborhood. We use Osbaldo’s Mexican family tamale recipe to make our handmade tamales. We specialize in five primary flavors with a variety of flavors including the traditional salsa roja pork, salsa verde chicken and rajas or jalapeno and cheese. We have also added a fourth vegetarian flavor: beans and cheese and a vegan option: the fajita veggie.

Our shop is ran by mostly family members.
