Fran’s Chocolates

Fran Bigelow first introduced the artisan chocolate experience to consumers in 1982 when she opened her European-style chocolate shop in Seattle. Made from recipes personally developed over the years, Fran continues to maintain the flavor and quality of everything produced through small batch production and hand-picking all natural and, when possible, organic ingredients. She partners with local Washington and Oregon farms for many ingredients including organic cream and butter. Many of Fran’s products have been recognized by the National Association of Specialty Food: the Gray and Smoked Salt Caramels were awarded Gold Medals for Outstanding Confection and the Dark Hot Chocolate was awarded the Gold Medal for Outstanding Hot Beverage.
