Caffe Appassionato was founded in the Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle in 1990. Still located in Magnolia, our location just west of Fishermen’s Terminal is open daily. Come watch through a large glass as our artisan roasters hand-blend and freshly hand-roast our specialty coffees. Our patented roasting system produces wonderful full-body coffees that are smooth tasting and low in acidity. Nothing like it in Seattle!
