bedhead fiber

Bedhead fiber began with farming; learning how to knit in Greece among the blooming plots that had just been constructed and planted the previous days. Knitting expanded into spinning, which flourished into natural dyes. Sustainability has always been a driving force, and to be able to pair that with something tactile was a perfect fit. We source all fiber as local as possible to the Pacific Northwest, but always US grown and milled. All of the dye sources are one or more of the following: organic, fair trade, self foraged, sustainably foraged, or bartered with other fiber or dye enthusiasts.
