Batch Baking Company

Batch Baking Company is a bakery located on Capitol Hill in Seattle. With a special focus on cookies and other dessert items, we create high quality, fun, and surprising versions of beloved classics as well as new and seasonal items. We offer classics such a chocolate chunk, snickerdoodles and peanut butter and caramel brownies. We also offer twists on childhood favorites such as our squareos (think a square version of a popular chocolate sandwich cookie), and peanut butter sandwiches. Our buttery fortune cookies surprise with added flavors such as chocolate or raspberry and can be pre-ordered and filled with your personal fortunes.
