We started Baleen in 2013 because we saw something missing… quality jewelry that is handmade in the United States that is also affordable, fashion-forward and ethically made. We believe it’s our responsibility to our planet to be as low-impact and as sustainable as possible.

At our Seattle production studio, we work hard to be a zero-waster manufacturer. Our brick and mortar shop is located in Ballard, where we also carry a curated selection of handmade goods from other ethical makers and creatives.
