Anh Ơi Bake Shop is a Vietnamese-American community bake shop in Seattle, built around our signature cookies and a rotating collection of local Asian-American bakers. We create a space where flavors, stories, and traditions come together – celebrating the recipes we inherit, the ones we reinvent, and the communities that make them meaningful.
