The 9th annual Seattle Made Week is just around the corner! Join us for a weeklong celebration of awesome products made right here in Seattle and the talented people behind them.

This year’s line-up includes:
- Another delicious Taste of Seattle Made highlighting the best of locally produced food and beverages.
- A happy hour event for members and prospective members to connect and learn about Seattle Made programming.
- An afternoon of brainstorming innovative ideas to utilize cardboard and plastic for use in product packaging.
- Demos and public tours of Seattle Made manufacturing facilities, pop ups, meet-the-maker events, markets, and more!
- The Seattle Made Week Digital Passport! Check-in at participating events and venues all week long to WIN PRIZES from the talented urban producers and manufacturers that make up the Seattle Made community.

SEATTLE MAKES TOURS, DEMOS, CLASSES & TASTINGS

The Seattle Makes website profiles Seattle Made members’ manufacturing facility tours, special maker classes, demos, and events.
Not only can visitors experience Seattle’s independent culture through innovative and unique tours and event programming. You can also take a piece of Seattle home as many tours or classes offer you the opportunity to purchase gift items you tasted, toured, or tried!

TASTE OF SEATTLE MADE
Sunday, August 13th | Tasting Sessions from 12 – 2pm or 3 – 5pm
The 101
Join us at this tasting event highlighting 25 local food and beverage producers offering samples of everything from cold brew coffee to plant-based chicken nuggets to tasty local ciders.
$35 early bird tickets until July 31st
$45 general admission ticket from August 13

CROSSROADS OF SEATTLE MADE

Are you a Seattle Made member, or are you a local maker, producer, or manufacturer that wants to learn more? Join us to hear about Seattle Made programming from business assessments through our partners at Impact Washington to placement of youth internships at your business.
This will be a great opportunity to connect with other small businesses.
Free – Attendance is open to Seattle Made members or prospective members only. Prospective members must manufacture a physical product within Seattle city limits.

SEATTLE DESIGN JAM
Sunday, August 20th | 10 am – 12 pm or 1 – 3 pm
Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI)
The Seattle Design Jam will bring together manufacturers, designs, students, and community members for an afternoon of brainstorming innovative ideas to utilize cardboard and plastic packing (materials often thought of as waste ) for use in product packaging.
Participants, working in cross-disciplinary teams, will develop solutions that transform these materials into new packaging for locally made goods, new product ideas for consumers and businesses, as well as novel solutions for community projects. Hosted in Partnership with MOHAI and Seattle Design Festival.
