Mustard and Co.

We are a two man operation that pours our blood, sweat, and tears into making quality mustard. Our initial inspiration was to make a mustard with balsamic vinegar in place of the commonly found white vinegar in order to provide the finished product with much more depth. Beginning there we emphasize high quality ingredients including organic mustard seed, organic extra virgin olive oil, and salt harvested off the coast of Oregon by Jacobsen Salt Co. Finally, we pair these ingredients with unique flavors that add further to the depth of the mustard.
