Our specialty coffee journey has taken us deep down the rabbit hole. From teaching professional coffee tasters in Ethiopia, to serving cappuccinos in Lima, to owning a coffee farm in Moyobamba – coffee has captivated us. It’s been a gratifying two plus decades partnering with farmers in pursuit of economic development, and for 15 years we enjoyed roasting delicious coffee in Peru. Life has lead us to relocate to West Seattle, where we hope to connect the dots and continue this journey.
