Bizarre Brewing, located in Seattle’s Industrial Magnolia neighborhood, produces primarily full-flavored lower ABV offerings across a wide range of rotating styles, including pale ales, modern and traditional lagers, hand-pulled pub beers, and hybrid styles. Head brewer and co-founder, Derek Brown, also oversees a small barrel program, which will eventually yield delicate mixed-fermentation beers and the occasional BBA treat.

Bizarre Brewing’s taproom is open Mon 5-8pm, Wed-Fri 3-9pm, Sat 12-9pm, and Sun 12-8pm. The taproom features large communal tables, outdoor seating and rotating food trucks.

Brown and co-founder, Colette Boilini, aim to create beer and a taproom experience that is conducive to gathering and creating community.
