Boo Balkan Foster of Balkan Designs creates fun and fashionable jewelry. Materials are primarily Czech glass, sterling silver, semi-precious stones and traditional materials such as dentalium and abalone shell.

Boo is a veteran educator with Seattle Public Schools and uses a portion of her profits to support her students.
