Check out the toursand guided tastings below, being offered by Seattle Made members during our annual Seattle Made Week celebration of local makers! Get a taste of the local goods that are made right here in the city!

Copperworks Distilling Company

Get a behind-the-scenes look at the distillery! Join one of our distillers to learn about Copperworks distilling processes and get an close-up view of the stills, fermenters, and the barreling areas. The distillery tour wraps up with a guided tasting of whiskey, gin, and vodka and plenty of time for questions.

Tours are offered Fridays at 4 pm and Saturday at 3pm & 5 pm. $15 per person, tour lasts an hour. Book a tour here!

A Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Fremont Production Spaces!

Don’t miss out on going behind the scenes of local Seattle Made member Fremont businesses who produce your favorite coffee, chocolate, clothing, and more! Get a taste of the local goods that are made in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood!

Tour will stop at three Fremont Chamber of Commerce members locationsPelington VillageTheo Chocolate, and Fremont Brewing. Fremont Brewing will be a beer stop at the end of the tour and will not include a facility tour. 

This one time tour will be offered Saturday, October 12th 2 -5:30pm   
$5 kids | $10 member | $20 general admission

Filson

For more than 100 years, Filson has manufactured Unfailing Goods according to founder Clinton C. Filson’s exacting standards: “It is the Filson ideal and policy to produce only the best in Outdoor Clothes that it is possible to manufacture.” Tour the Seattle manufacturing facility at Filson’s headquarters to see how their craftspeople take the best raw materials they can find from around the world and turn them into garments, bags and gear that last for generations. Look closely, and you may even get a look at some of the gear the product team upstairs has in development.

Complimentary tours are offered Tuesdays at 10 am and Thursday at 1:30pm, Guests must be 12 or older. Book a tour here

Fran's Chocolates

Hear Fran Bigelow’s story of discovering the inspiring flavors of pure chocolate, learn about Fran’s Chocolates history of handcrafting chocolates in Seattle since 1982, marvel at the confection-making process from the Viewing Room, and enjoy a delicious sampling of Fran’s Chocolates best-selling creations.

Guided tastings are offered Monday – Friday at 11 am. $10 per person, guided tastings lasts an hour, call to book a tour 800.422.3726 or contact customercare@frans.com. More details here.

Georgetown Brewing Company

Georgetown Brewing Company tours are a great way to learn about beer and the brewing process up close. Your guide will conduct a tasting first, providing samples of all of our beers on tap, while talking about the different styles and processes. Afterwards, you’ll be taken through the entire brewery and see how the beer is made, from milling in all the way to kegging the final beer.

Tours are offered Saturdays at 4 pm. $5 per person, all proceeds donated to charity, +21, closed toe shoes required. Tour last an hour and a half on average. Call to book a tour 206-766-8055 or check out more details here.

Pike Brewing Company

Pike Brewing Co. offers interactive tours of our unique gravity flow, steam powered brewery. Tours are provided by knowledgeable staff members who delight in sharing their love of craft beer and brewing with beer newcomers and experts alike. Learn about the ingredients that make beer, witness brewing and fermentation processes first hand, and discover what makes Pike Brewing Company both an iconic brand and forward-thinking industry leader within the great state of Washington craft beer!

Tours include samples of Pike beer and a Pike pint glass. They are offered Saturday-Sunday 12-1pm, Wednesday-Sunday 3-4pm, and Wednesday-Saturday 6-7pm. $10 per person +21, free for ages 6-20. Book a tour here!

Theo Chocolate

Taste your way through the incredible cocoa farm to chocolate bar journey on our version of a factory tour. During this hour-long interactive experience, you’ll discover the origins of cacao, see how we craft our chocolate from scratch in Seattle, and learn about the close partnerships we’ve cultivated with the farmers we source from. Plus, you’ll get an inside view of our factory to see where the magic happens. And what chocolate experience would be complete without tasting? During your visit you’ll indulge in a wide range of treats, from our nationwide best sellers to hand-crafted confections.
