The Future of Urban Manufacturing: SM Week Event

October 29 | 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Free

Every year we take look at some facet of Seattle’s urban manufacturing sector and its potential for creating a more innovative, diverse, and inclusive local economy.

This year we dive into the potential of the Blue Economy, featuring panelists working at the intersection of manufacturing, maritime, and sustainability. Come learn how these businesses and practitioners are working to clean up our oceans while creating economic opportunity.

Our panelists include: Joshua Berger, Founder and Board Chair of Washington Maritime Blue and the Governor’s Maritime Sector Lead for the State of Washington; Sara Aubery, Net Your Problem; Nick Mendoza, CEO and Founder of One for Neptune; and Koji Tamura, NET Systems, Inc.

We hope you’ll grab a drink and join us for what will be an informative and fun evening of conversation and learning.

Many thanks to the Port of Seattle for their support of this event.
